As the physical being needs healing,

As the spiritual being needs healing,

Our emotional being needs it too,

It is like a transparent silk draping around you, controlling how you feel, how you think, how you behave.

Healing in itself needs time and effort,

Done with courage and resilience,

Planted with hope and gratitude

​

Healing in itself is not linear,

It moves forward and backward,

Forward and backward,

Till it shows a sign of stability

​

Emotional healing,

Forgiveness to self,

Forgiveness to others,

Seeks tremendous amount of self-love,

A battle worse than a battlefield,

A battle that is not seen by many,

A battle only the heart feels

​

With self-love comes healing,

With hope comes healing,

With gratitude comes healing,

With forgiveness comes healing,

It is like a different colored transparent silk draping around you,

That sooth your soul with ease

​

Healing can't be done in isolation,

Healing needs me,you and them

​

When you follow your bliss,

You follow your inner compass,

You are moulded into something better,

Better than your past self

​

Pain and suffering,

Pain and suffering shape you,

Shape you into something better,

Better for the present,

Your future self will thank you for that.
