Van Gogh is a reclaimed artist. He started to paint in his thirties. He is truly a remarkable artist. I am not sure if he was happy or sad while doing it. There was a time, when he confessed to a woman that he loved but the woman rejected.That made him sad. When his art friend moved in with him, they got into a terrible argument and this contributed to Van Gogh's psychotic episodes to a point when he cut his left ear. I love his strokes and the technique of pointilism. Some of his paintings are solemn and some other paintings are bright and positive. He died on the 27th July 1890. There was a speculation that he was murdered and not suicidal. He is known internationally only after his death (posthumously).
His artwork will always inspire me to appreciate fine arts. 

I hope that I will have more inspiration to write about artists all around the world. This is my passion especially going to museums and talk about art.
